List of Ingredients:
• ½ pound chicken breast (ground)
• 12 ½ ounce marinara sauce
• 1 head of cauliflower (Chopped)
• ½ onion chopped (fine)
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• ½ tsp. dried oregano
• ½ tsp. dried parsley
• 1 ½ tsp. olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Cooking spray
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven up to 425°F.
2. Line baking tray with paper and cover using cooking spray.
3. Toss cauliflower in a bowl, with ¾ tsp. olive oil, pepper, and salt.
4. Place cauliflower in a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes or until golden.
5. Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and onions, cook for 2 minutes. Then add chicken, parsley, oregano, and cook until the chicken is brown, stirring with a spoon (wooden).
6. Add marinara sauce to the chicken and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
7. Place each cauliflower on a plate.
8. Top with chicken sauce and serve.
