Oat Porridge with Cherry & Coconut

Ingredients:

1 cup steel-cut oats
• 4 cups drinking water
• Organic Maple syrup, to taste
• 1 tsp ground cloves
• 1 ½ tbsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ¼ tsp ground coriander
• ¼ tsp ground allspice
• ¼ tsp ground cardamom
• Fresh mixed berries
Directions:
1 Cook the oats based on the package instructions. When it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer.
2 Stir in all the spices and continue cooking until cooked to desired doneness.
3 Serve in four serving bowls and drizzle with maple syrup and top with fresh berries.
4 Enjoy!
