Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Baking powder 1 tablespoo
Salt 1/2 teaspoo
Ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons
White sugar 1 1/3 cup
Olive oil 1/3 cup
Egg, beaten 1
Milk 1 cup
Directions:
1. Set oven to 375 degrees F and let preheat, then take a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan and grease
with oil.
2. Take a small bowl, add 1/3 cup sugar along with cinnamon, stir until mixed and set
aside.
3. Take another medium bowl, add flour in it along with salt and remaining sugar and
stir until combined.
4. Crack the egg in another bowl, add oil, then pour in the milk, whisk until blended,
then add into the flour mixture and stir until incorporated.
5. Transfer half of the prepared batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar
mixture, then cover with remaining batter and draw a knife or a toothpick through the
batter to marble.
6. Bake the bread until inserted skewer into the bread comes out clean, and the top is
nicely golden brown (about 50 minutes).
7. When done, take out bread from the pan, let it cool for 10 minutes and then slice to
serve.
