Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:
Pumpkin pie filling 1 cup
Baking powder 1½ teaspoo
All-purpose flour, leveled 2 cups
Salt ¾ teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
Ground cloves ¼ teaspoon
Ground ginger ½ teaspoon
White sugar ¾ cup
Olive oil ½ cup
Baking soda ½ teaspoon
Molasses ½ cup
Vanilla extract, unsweetened 1 teaspoon
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees F and let preheat, then take a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan and grease
with oil.
2. Place pumpkin pie filling in a bowl, add vanilla, sugar, molasses, and whisk until
blended.
3. Place flour in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed.
4. Gradually add the pumpkin mixture into the flour mixture and stir until incorporated
and batter comes together.
5. Spoon the batter into the loaf pan, then place it into the oven and bake for 60 minutes
or until inserted skewer into the bread comes out clean and the top is nicely golden
brown.
6. When done, take out bread from the pan, let it cool for 10 minutes and then slice to
serve.
