Ingredients:
All-purpose flour, leveled 1½ cups
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Baking soda ¼ teaspoon
Mashed bananas 1¼ cups
White sugar ½ cup
Brown sugar ½ cup
Unsalted butter, melted and cooled ½ cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla extract, unsweetened 1 teaspoon
Pecans, chopped 1 cup
Olive oil 1 tablespoo
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees F and let preheat, then take a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan and grease
with oil.
2. Take a medium bowl, add flour in it along with salt, baking powder, and soda and stir
until combined.
3. Crack the eggs in another bowl, add mashed bananas, butter, vanilla, white and brown
sugar, whisk until blended, then add into the flour mixture, stir until incorporated and
fold in pecans.
4. Spoon the batter into the loaf pan, then place it into the oven and bake for 60 minutes
or until inserted skewer into the bread comes out clean and the top is nicely golden
brown.
5. When done, take out bread from the pan, let it cool for 15 minutes and then slice to
serve.
