Ingredients:
All-purpose flour
Baking powder
White sugar
Salt
Shredded cheddar cheese
Whole milk

Directions:
1. Set oven to 375 degrees F and let preheat, then take a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan and grease
with oil.
2. Place flour in a bowl, add cheese and stir in salt, sugar and baking powder until
combined.
3. Crack the egg in another bowl, add oil, then pour in the milk and whisk until blended.
4. Gradually add the egg mixture into the flour-cheese mixture and stir until
incorporated and batter comes together.
5. Spoon the batter into the loaf pan, then place it into the oven and bake for 35 minutes
or until inserted skewer into the bread comes out clean and top is nicely golden
brown.
6. When done, take out bread from the pan, let it cool for 10 minutes and then slice to
serve.
