List of Ingredients:

½ pound sirloin steak boneless (1-inch pieces)

½ orange

2 cups watermelon, plums, peaches, and mango (cubed)

1/8 cup cilantro (chopped)

½ tbsp. paprika (smoked)

1/8 tsp. red pepper (ground)

Salt to taste

4 bamboo skewers

Coal grill
Preparation:
1. Extract 1 tbsp. from orange and keep it aside.
2. Mix orange peel, paprika, cilantro, and red pepper.
3. Mix beef and half of the above mixture in a zip lock bag.
4. Place the remaining mixture and fruits into a separate bag and mix.
5. Keep fruit and beef in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
6. Thread beef into 2 skewers, leaving some space in between.
7. Thread fruit into 2 skewers.
8. Place kabobs on coals and grill. Beef for 8-10 minutes and fruit till they soften or brown.
9. Season with salt and drizzle over orange juice. Serve.
