Ingredients:
• ¼ cup rolled oats
• 1 tablespoon yogurt, fat-free
• 1 ½ tablespoon natural peanut butter
• ¼ cup dry milk
• 1 teaspoon peanuts, finely chopped
• ½ cup of water
Directions:
Using a microwaveable-safe bowl, put together peanut butter and dry milk. Whisk well. Add in water to achieve a smooth consistency. Add in oats.
2 Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Create a small hole for the steam to escape.
3 Place inside the microwave oven for 1 minute on high powder.
4 Continue heating, this time on medium power for 90 seconds. Let sit for 5 minutes.
5 To serve, spoon an equal amount of cereals in a bowl top with peanuts and yogurt.
